"After many issues the first being when we started my son excelled in every area except math. It took 2 months for them to start tutoring in math which is what I had signed him up for in the first place really weird but I decided to let it go and give them another chance. Then apparently there’s two different attendance policies so I had a problem with that the. After over. A month of my son not attending and supposed to have a big enough credit for several sessions they decided to charge for missing even after I sent in notifications he would be out. The credit Discrepancies combined with denial I even had credit for Dec holding I am done using their services. How can I trust a company to tutor my son with such poor business practices? Three strikes you’re out."

"My son hasn't been at the tutoring center long, but I'm already seeing great improvement within his reading and writing skills! Very happy with the results, so far. My son is reading more fluently, his writing legibility has improved, his confidence is growing l, and he's even gained a new friend within his tutoring group. One thing I love is how they engage the kids. My son hates writing, but the teaching staff lets him write about things he's interested in, like space and Star Wars. So awesome! Plus, Linda and her staff are wonderful to work with, have great communication about what's going on, and are very friendly. I highly recommend!"
