"My dad went to do his taxes and they filled 2017 instead of 19. They didn’t even file they just filled out the paper work and said you file but kept $180 for doing nothing If you didn’t do the right job you shouldn’t get paid Very rude When I called to see what we can do he hung up in my face and insisted I come in during covid when I stated Cleary I live further away DONT FILE HERE! They won’t do a good job Your better off going to RICO TAX services. Or Turbo tax they also charge half the price of vp quick and easy. I am not a competitor just an honest customer and I always give benefit of the doubt. Sadly I would not recommend this business. And the comment is clear instead of trying to come up with a resolution"
