"Dee has always done a good job for me, but my return for 2023 was very simple and I decided to do it myself on using the "free" option on-line. I needed 1 additional form that was to be $35 but it came with a disclaimer that some of the contacts "may be offshore", including India. That was very concerning so I went back to Dee. The 1 additional form in person was now $99!! When I received a feedback form I responded with the above info then received a phone call addressing my concerning and offering a refund of all my $$ over the $35 that it would have cost on-line. I was supposed to receive the refund within 2 -4 weeks. Well that didn't happen. How disappointing."

"TurboTax is cheaper. Apparently if you walk in they make you a appointment and you have to come back. I really didn't like the fact that it said walk-ins welcome on the door but I was sent away with a appointment. I also couldn't not here what the guy was saying and he was very hard to understand."
