"Mixed feelings about my experience here. The person that helped me was friendly and seemed to be helpful, the problem was she said it would cost about $120 and that it would cost the same as using the online tool. Long story short, it ended up costing a little over $400. She ended up giving us an excuse saying she did not know what H&R block charges. So while friendly she was not professional in communicating and knowing the important details of the service they provide. I will be composting her business card."
