"I had the pleasure to meet Tim Golob over the past 12 years and it felt like we had always been friends. Everyone that works there is very professional yet fun to be around. My 77 year old stepfather past away in 2004 and left me with the task of being his executor I was lost so I tried to work with his attorney and accountant but felt like they had met and had a previous working relationship with my stepfathers children who weren't exactly thrilled that I was the executor to their fathers sizable estate...that being said, I felt that his atty would not have had my best interest to heart. I grabbed the phone book, (yes a paper book like thing with pages in it), and actually picked at ramdon and it was the best decision the phone book has ever made for me. Tim Golob suggested an attorney he knew who would be there and get the job done without dragging it out forever and he was right. Martin Burns got it done painlessly. Jim Feist was the investment manager that helped me with the most confusing part, without him I would have lost everything quickly and probably had to go into the witness protection program. Unfortunately Jim has moved on to another company because Frost & Company restructured their business and is strickly accountants only. Jim Feist has moved on but he has taken me with him its more like he just changed offices and nothing has really changed. The best thing about it all is that I can call Tim Golob and/or Jim Feist anytime and ask them anything and they will reply and I never get a bill for taking up their time. As long as Frost & Company is around I will always be their most faithful customer. Teresa"
