"I'd rate it lower of I could I went to the bank because I lost my wallet with my debit and id and so forth. I went to the bank and WAS able to pull off money but wouldn't send me a new debit card because I didn't have my ID. Like why couldn't I get a new debit card but I can withdraw money ?"

"I bank at US bank at 7020 pacific avenue. It is a horrible little bank ran by a branch manager named Jay Zee. I know, I know but we should not judge her by he rapper loving parents. Also, you can be a good bank manager and love rap. Anyway it is a miserable little branch. The ATM is always broke. The drive through is closed because they are understaffed. The workers seem mad, and unhappy. Worse of all Jay Zee will seize your deposits if you have had, in your past, any late fees. I deposited 4,750 dollars worth of money orders there and she held them for 11 days. These money orders were paid for with cash. I also found out that the money order company cashed the check, that is they paid US bank the next day the 4750. Still Jay Zee made me wait. It was HER decision. I verified that!! Why? You guessed it, I had two late fees in my past!! There are many banks in this area. Go to one of the others. jay Zee and her assistant Snoop Dog (lol) are not worth dealing with. I own a duplex near the bank and have two car payments. Smartly, I use other banks for real banking. These jokers cannot even handle petty cash!!!"
"Nothing really too terrible about this place. They are just average and meh but not bad either... I will say that the reason they got the one was because the lady helping me lied to me.. tells me I'm requires to tell her what I use money for and that is technically a lie to me. Anyway.... bank secrecy act and all.... look it up people"
