"Easy to park near by while I'm picking up my friend that goes to school here."
"I lived in student residence A from Fall 2018-Spring 2019. I mean it's just an accepted downside of going to Evergreen and I wouldn't want it to stop anyone from going to Evergreen, but RAD treats it really horribly. My cat got fleas from living in the dorms, but to be fair some of the rooms are really nice and a least there are a lot of single room options."
"Easy to navigate through once you know what building you're in. Walls are really thin."
"Provides a roof and heat that's about all. If you're allergic to mold you cannot live here these buildings are FULL of mold. Had to move my kid out because even on the highest dose of antihistamine and a steroid, she couldn't breathe and kept breaking out in hives. We asked them to address it, so they painted over the visible mold growing under her window, which of course just reappeared."
