"Been going here for five + years. It’s usually been good because the same lady helped me with my returns loved that she used to explain everything. Up until this year got some guy to help didn’t speak any English could barely understand him couldn’t really explain things (that’s fine whatever as long as my taxes got done right?) well, they needed proof of an address that was sent on my end which I had proof it was sent that same day WHILE I was still there. Nothing was communicated to me that he didn’t apparently receive it. Two weeks later I’m waiting for my taxes and usually get it by then check where is my refund on .gov and they can’t find anything. So that being said I give them a call and they said I never sent anything so I sent it again. I asked if they could send me an email or text letting me know that they completed my taxes (did I mention two weeks later) considering I paid almost $200 Dollars. I wonder how long that I would have been waiting to receive my taxes had I not called. Never received either even checked spam. I think for paying that kind of money I should have got what I asked for considering I do understand things happen but it was not a mistake on my end but there’s they should be more caring and professional. Probably will not be back next year."

"Do not file your taxes here. Patrick (Pati P Sulusi) will make multiple mistakes on your tax return and tell you it’s fine. He does not follow what is on your W2. It’s not worth your $140. They are unprofessional and don’t know what they are taking about. You have to verify everything they report. Your refund will be delayed for up to 120days for the IRS to review. Not worth it!"

"A horrible taxes services place on earth. These group of tax people are trying to control and conqure low income, poor people and the citizens who are langugue barrier in Oregon, especally newer immigrant people.; Especially helpless vietnamese. I wouldn't give any start for this place and hopefully the IRS or goverment check in to see how much iditity they are stealing from people here. They played halmful spychologsy to make poor people scare, so they can take over taxes services. Absolutly need review my goverment entity to legitimate this place. No compasation, no helpful, and poor serives"

"I just want to give it a one-star because they did it a pretty good job to file the tax for us but they charged a fee is more than the others tax service. I almost paid $450 to get back my $9800 refund. I wish I know how to file the tax and charged people less than what they charge to peoples. I think, the more you get, the more they would charge you. The IRS is supposed to give the rules for the charged limit. Because a lot of people need help with their tax return and they supposed not to charge over the limit. But there is no charged limit anyway. They can be charged you whatever you have got back from your refund. I would say it is too expensive to file my tax with AVI."
