"Ben's online portal and communication is great. However, I found myself having to do a handful of extra steps that I have not had to with other accountants, while paying more than double what I've paid in the past. I thought the added fee would prove to be beneficial, but I had to do more work than I've done in previous years. I saw the 5 star reviews and thought it would be worth it. If I had used, Turbotax I'd probably have an extra $400 in my pocket, with only a little bit of extra work. I could see how this may be worth it if you have a small business or a very complicated tax situation, but not worth it for the typical tax payer, IMO."
