"I would not get a pedicure at this place. What a rip off. Booked an appointment a week ago and got a price. Confirmed the price when I got there and it was more. Said there prices increased on the 1st of March. Paid $35 and all I got was to soak my feet in water and get my toes painted. I could have done that my self for nothing. Would not recommend this school to anyone that wants that service."

"Had a balayage color service here and my stylist was Tylar. She did a great job and I really enjoy how my hair turned out. Would definitely recommend her if you want a service done!"

"This place is really weird. Don’t go thinking oh I’m saving $60 cause you will just end up paying more having to go somewhere else to have someone fix your hair. The girl who cut my hair did horrible. She took off about 2 inches which all I asked for was the ends trimmed then she had to keep getting the instructor cause it wasn’t even in the back and yet the instructor still said good job and it looks great and it certainly does not! Now I have to go find somewhere else to go and fix my uneven hair. Everyone here is very unprofessional as well. Seems like a lot of drama kind alike high school. The instructors don’t seem to keep an eye on what the students are doing. There were 2 of of them and they seemed annoyed by the students. Lots of cussing which I find very unprofessional. I understand they are learning and they will make mistakes but you can totally see my hair is uneven."

"Avoid this school at all costs if you are looking to go to Beauty School. This place is insane. Myself & many other students were scammed out of 20k or more. There is no structure at this school. The 2 years I attended this place, we had no supervision & 1 instructor running the school with 30+ students on their own. There is so much drama between instructors, and even instructors with students. Not a single person from HR was ever willing to respond to any students including myself with any of our concerns. Even till now I cannot seem to get any of these people to respond, I am genuinely shocked they haven't been sued! GO SOMEWHERE WORTH IT!!!"

"I've been getting haircuts @ Northwest College for almost 4 years and I'm always amazed at the talent they receive with the barbering department. Sure, not every student is gifted with cutting hair from the get go, but each one of them holds a element of passion. "LB" is one of those barbers that makes sure you leave happy and feeling great in your own skin. I highly recommend this place for anyone with an open mind that is willing to listen to the students stories."
