"Absolutely horrible have had an account and loans through Clackamas federal credit union as soon as the got bought out or changed there name the service has drastically declined from the rude people on the phone to no answers to questions through email or on the phone to the app that never works to the loan payment processing, I've already switched banks but I'm tied to them because of loans, they refuse to even submit loan applications or refinance so I can leave that bank also refuse to meet In person when selling my auto I had a buyer with cash in hand ready to meet and sign paper work the lady basically did that's not how they do things and to basically kick rocks and give me money I went down the road to on point and besides the fact they actually have tellers to talk to face to face they are super helpful and willing to explain things and answer questions. DO NOT USED EMBOLD!!! They do not care about members!!! BEWARE!!!!"

"My car that I have a loan with them was totalled by the insurance company and there was a balance left on the loan that was being refunded from extended refund warranty. They told me I had to continue making payments until the refund came in even though the refund was over the amount owed. They wouldn't even pause the payment for a month for refund check to come in. Basically making me make duel payments. I would not recommend getting a loan here."

"I've had an auto loan, a credit card, and a savings account through clackamas for 3 years now. Everything about service was great until I joined the military. When I left for basic training the staff refused to defer my payments while away for 3 months. Considering I had no access to my money this was a problem. Verizon had no issues suspending my line. Farmers had no issues putting my truck "in storage" free of cost for the 3 months since I was leaving to serve. Clackamas refused. They went as far as to tell my recruiter who was trying to help me prepare to leave that he was abusing his power. Eventually the date came and I had to borrow money from a friend and pay them back when I returned home. I will never use them again. Terrible customer service."
