"This is the worst H&R Block. I’ve had to do several amendments due to their negligence. I was told I would be refunded for the price we paid them to do our taxes, because of the inconveniences they’ve made. They told me it would take about 6-8 weeks for a refund. It’s been six months I’ve made several attempts to contact their branch manager and they won’t call me back. I would not recommend the Oak Harbor branch because of the poor communication and unexperienced tax professionals. I could understand one mistake, maybe two mistakes, but four mistakes on a federal and state return is just messed up. I will never put my care or time and H&R Block. I think it would be a good recommendation for anyone to seek tax services elsewhere. Don’t trust this branch with your information!!"

Then this year, I was given so much wrong information, and they made an error on my taxes, return amount was also completely different. I expected accuracy for the large price I was charged. The quality of this place depends on who specifically is doing your taxes. That’s not acceptable."
