"After having multiple other appliance techs sent to our house for warranty work on a double oven it seems they finally called up the A-team and sent Bryan. He had a can-do attitude from the initial phone call and arrived promptly to a couple pessimistic HOs (us) and dug in. I believe it was supposed to be just an assessment but he saw an opportunity to make it right and he took extra time and effort to pull the 250lb ovens, open them up and took one step at a time to figure out what the others did not and make it right. It was much appreciated and restored our faith in the (spendy) brand if they have people like this to do their warranty work."

"He canceled on us twice and the third appointment, he had to reschedule the appointment time and gave me a 1.5 hour window. I was working in the backyard mowing and building a garden bed with power tools. I didn't hear the doorbell and he didn't think he needed to look over my gate which is on the side of the house. I have no idea how he could have not heard me. I called about 35 minutes after he left my house and it wasn't a option to come back eventhough he blew us off twice before. He said, I rang the doorbell and waited.... He said that he "try" to stop by Monday morning. I didn't want to have my time wasted anymore with another excuse. I wouldn't recommend them since they lack professional and accountability."

"If I could give 0 starts I would. Guy show up to broken dishwasher and he said it was a pump issue. After ordering new one when he came second time he said he doesn’t know where the pump is located in my dishwasher and he will not fix it for me!!! I will never use that company and definitely not recommend it to anyone"
