"My dog just had surgery with them 2 weeks ago. A week later when we took him to have his stitches removed, they completely missed all the stitches in his back leg. This evening he had what looked like a seizure. I called the Vet right away and they told me to call the emergency vet. I called and all of the emergency vets are full. Considering Yelm Veterinary Hospital was still open for over an hour I called them back to see if they could possibly squeeze him in and they said no. I asked if they could squeeze him in anytime tomorrow and they said no. We will be finding a new vet to take our dogs to."
"They squeezed us in at the end of the night which was already above and beyond. All of the staff were so sweet and helpful it made my anxious self much calmer. We actually are thinking of switching our vet to here. So thankful for all of them."
"We are a military family, recently having moved from the Midwest with 2 hunting dogs. I was able to get both dogs in for a new visit within about a week. The staff is very nice, helpful, and great with the dogs. The vet didn't give me a hard time for not having my female spayed, in fact she was able to recommend a colleague that specializes in reproductive vet testing/exams. I highly recommend this vet practice!!"
"I've been bringing our pets here for years. However, on Monday morning, I called to see if I could bring one of our cats in as he was in a lot of pain and unable to move. Unfortunately, they were "at capacity" and said no. I ended up finding a place that would take him, but it was too late, and Luke Kittywalker passed away. Unfortunately, I think this means that we may be seeking a different vet moving forward."
"The staff here are amazing. We have been taking our two dogs here for years and I wish we had found them sooner. We recently had to let our beloved Cash go after 14 years and I just can't say enough about how kind and considerate they were during this incredibly difficult time."
