Fees for services are fair considering the competition. Welcoming, but there are NO frills that don't need to be there just because they want to look "pretty." Your family is the most important thing to them, and they have that in spades."

"Dr. Scott Hoffman and his wife Frances who just purchased this business in April and thier staff are second to none. The most compassionate and caring staff you could ever hope to care for your four legged family member. My wife and I had a litter of kittens which got sick. They were passing a respiratory infection back and forth. While one (the runt) was really struggling we thought he was not going to make it. We called our own vet and they would not see us and then called every vet from Seattle to Olympia which everyone said no we are not taking anyone new or just take them to the emergency vet which had a wait of over 8 hours. Dr. Hoffman being booked solid; hearing our problem and how sick the little guy was not only made time to see us but made sure all the kittens were taken care of. Our sickest kitten had to be seen by him several times more and once in an emergency situation and he made sure we were not only squeezed in but that he took the time to answer all our questions and provided the best care for our little guy and made sure we understood his care going forward.
