"Action Jackson saved the day when we experienced a tricky clog in our kitchen sink on Thanksgiving. They responded quickly, gave us a clear outline of potential repair options and prices for each, and showed up right on time. The plumbers were professional and courteous, explained exactly what they were doing, and left the job site clean and tidy when they were done. They tried each of the repair options in ascending order of cost, and we weren't charged for those that didn't work. Ultimately, it wasn't cheap to hydrojet the giant grease blockage in our kitchen line ($926 including tax, which was competitive with estimates from competitors), but the level of service we received made the cost easier to swallow."

"After being let down by another plumber, we had a great experience with Action Jackson Plumbing. We had arranged for Ready Rooter to come out and do a smoke test on our plumbing to tackle sewer smells coming from our basement toilet, but they failed to arrive. We reached out to a few other companies and were referred to Action Jackson, who were able to come out the same day. The technician, Elias, was professional, knowledgeable and punctual. He took a look and said that we didn't need the $2000+ smoke test that the other company had recommended and that he had worked out what the problem was. He replaced the wax seal on the toilet with a special double configuration, eradicating a problem that has dogged us for nearly a year. This is an excellent example of why it is essential to get multiple opinions when dealing with contractors and why it often makes sense to ignore the big national companies that seem to have mediocre professionals working for them and stick to small, local businesses with solid referrals. I wholeheartedly recommend Action Jackson and will use the company again!"

"BEWARE- WAY OVERPRICED !!!! They do not even deserve 1 star !! Our basement toilet overflowed (big mess) and we called Bobby T who came by and said it was a clog he could access from the 4’ clean out in the basement- but he would need his his longer auger which was unfortunately in the shop. He didn’t charge me 1 penny (will use him from now on). He assured it was a simple issue and he would have charged us $200. I called Action Jackson due to the high reviews listed here. They showed up and where here less than 30 minutes and charged $915.49. They didn’t pull the toilet or anything. They did give me a video of my line which I didn’t request or want (because I had just paid someone else to have that done) so again BEWARE- ridiculous price gauging during a desperate time. I don’t mind paying for quality service but this was $715 more than another plumber??? And they themselves said it was an easy job since the clean out was right there and easy to access. Unbelievable!!!"
