"My house had water damage because of a pipe burst. After fixing the piping, I was referred to contact Pacific Rim to restore what’s been damaged; I had a damaged ceiling, walls, and flooring. Demaine was the first person that came on the very day I contacted the company. He collected my information and did everything he could to minimize further damage until the next step. He was very informative and professional. Mario Martinez came on the next day to contain the damaged area. He also did a demolition. How he sealed, contained, and demolished the damaged area was a work of art. He was very thorough, neat, tidy, and nimble. Not only the containment and demolition, his preparation and post-cleaning were also very impressive and beyond expectations. He was kind and professional throughout his work. Besides Demaine and Mario, a team including a project manager and a billing liaison personnel contacted me to support me via email with the flow and the insurance coverage and justification. Now that demolition is done, I am waiting for new materials installation. I will update this post after it, but I have no doubt that Pacific Rim will do a fantastic job for this as well. I recommend this company if your house got damaged and require restoration."

"A couple months ago we had a leak from our bathroom to our garage. I called Pacific Rim after our plumber suggested them, and Abraham was out to our house with in a matter of hours. He was so nice (conversing with my three year old who followed him around) and professional (offering different options on how to get it fixed). He assisted in our claim with insurance, and although it was denied and we could not continue with hiring Pacific Rim to fix our issue, Abraham still offered advice and help.
