"Really disappointed, I have a gas powered high pressure air compressor that would not start. Dropped it off with the agreement that it would be diagnosed in a few days and repaired in about 10 days. The engine had 3 hours on it and just wouldn't start one day. Kerry and I agreed that it was probably the carburetor, since it sat around a lot. 3 weeks go by and I start calling to ask what was happening. I get the answering machine. I called 5 days in a row multiple times during the day(I'm 50 miles away) and kept getting the machine. A friend was going into PT for some parts, he stopped by to find the store closed. Apparently the owner took a week off, left the store locked, didn't post a note, didn't change the message on the machine, didn't bother to call me and left me hanging. Finally I get a call back with a "sorry, I left town". Compressor not even looked at yet. 2 days later, his part time mechanic takes the motor apart and it had moisture in it, probably not worth fixing. Now I am left with 2 days before I have to leave on a job where I need the compressor and I have to find a new engine and get it installed. Kerry knew full well that I had a time crunch and I brought the compressor in with plenty of time to diagnose and repair. 10 days turned into 4 weeks before he even looked at it and zero communication."
"Friendly employees, quick turn around on equipment repair. The shop has a variety of inventory for sale and if they don’t have what you want they are happy to order it for you. I also love that they deliver your large equipment to you after it is repaired."
