"UPDATE: I got an email on 8/9 that must have been like a blast email to their mailing list. Just a generic sale email or whatever. I emailed them back very nicely asking if they were open now and I got no response again. Maybe they just knew they were gunna hate me? idk lol. never had such a weird interaction with a business before. Well, lack thereof. I think this place went out of business. Last month I scheduled an appointment online to have my laptop looked at. I received a confirmation email and text with the date and time to show up. I showed up for my appointment but the store was locked up. Tried calling them a few times, no answer, left a message but obviously decided to leave after like 15 minutes. I've called them once a week for the last three weeks and still haven't gotten any response lol. I'd love to have my laptop fixed without having to take a ferry to seattle to go to the stupid mac store :)"
