"Way overpriced, especially for a small town like Belfair. Immediately want to run all the "bells and whistles" tests right from the start without focusing on specific symptoms. Felt like we couldn't just get immediate, emergency issues addressed without running a routine intake exam that isn't necessary for an enrolled patient with prior history of care. Actually sought care at an emergency clinic and was significantly less than what was quoted at Belltowne AND was able to address issues. Would not recommend."

"Brought mom's dog in to have her spayed. The operation went very well. Healing took much less time than anticipated. Very friendly, patient, and thorough staff."

"I would give less than a 1 if I could, they wouldn’t give me any rates or estimates on how much it would be just to get shots and neuter done for my cat, said I would only know after the appointment. And while this is going on the lady at the front desk had a very demeaning tone about the exchange. (Sits on the left when you come in) figured maybe she was just having an off day. So I made the appointment get in then I am informed it will be just shy of $300, for just his shots you can buy most these shots for under $15 at any vet supply store. And to get him neutered was going to be around $400 I Also am informed there is no payment options which would have been really nice as this was right before Christmas. But I had to get his rabies certificate so I went through with it. Then two girls that look like they still are in high school are the ones that give my cat all his shots. They didn’t even rub the area around the shot area after to avoid clotting. When I get out, once again our ball of sunshine at the front desk is just as happy as ever (sarcasm if you missed it) takes my card and acts surprised that my card went through, literally saying “Oh, it went through.” So I wasn’t the biggest fan of this location and also to the lady with the dark hair at the front desk… somebody give that lady a snickers or something."

"I have nothing but good things to say about Belltowne Veterinary Center. I had an emergency and they were able to fit me in almost immediately. I saw Dr. Wicklund and he was very gentle with my cat and showed genuine care and concern. Their clinic is very clean with a calm and comfortable atmosphere. I highly recommend Belltowne Veterinary Center."

"Our first visit was amazing. The front desk staff was attentive and nice. They greeted me when I entered the lobby and I didn't wait very long to be relocated into a room where the Dr. was waiting for me and my dog Luna. Both Dr. W and her assistant were focused on my concerns and asked appropriate questions to get a thorough history on my dog. I felt they genuinely cared about the health and well-being of my pet. Dr. W had great advice for my dogs autoimmune disease and other health concerns. I look forward to bring my other dog there next month."
