"I give the lady who did my taxes 4 stars for her effort. Jackson Hewitt on the other hand I give 1 star. This poor woman said she was never trained to do self employment taxes. Being my first year with self employment we figured it out together(or so I hope). I still don't think she even added all my deductions. I feel like I did my own taxes at the end. It's very frustrating I just paid over $600 for this horrible service. I was not 100% confident that my tax return was done correctly so I paid the extra money to get the insurance in case I'm audited. Not to mention the fact that I've been filing with Jackson Hewitt for the last 4 years and never even received a discount for coming back, instead the price goes up every year! DO NOT go file taxes at the Jackson Hewitt in Aberdeen Walmart. The lady working was extremely friendly but clueless. I really hope my taxes were done right but I guess I'll just have to wait and see. I am sad to say next year I will not be returning. Train your employees better."
