"I stopped into the branch the other day to complete a shared branching transaction. All though this location does not participate and help me with the transaction I was thoroughly impressed with how helpful they were. They explained how the process worked and directed me in the correct direction to complete my transaction. I had general banking questions and Richard, the branch manager, took the time to explain all the services the CU offered and how they could assist me and my family in achieving our financial dreams. I know some of the questions had to comes across as “basic “ for a financial professional but Richard was patient the entire time."

"Absolute worst branch this credit union offers. Three visible people “working” and not one of them greets or assists, or even looks at customers walking in the door. You have to stand there and stare at them for 15 minutes to get a “she’ll be with you soon.” After which they still make zero effort to do anything. No one knows what in the hell they’re talking about, and they literally gossip about customers in front of other customers. They don’t answer the phone. They don’t answer emails. You might as well drive to DuPont where they have actual tellers and even better, competent bank managers."
