This bro, with the upside down Nike logo on his badge told me with a straight face that I cannot deposit money into my account at his absolutely most worthless piece of retail garbage NON BANK I have ever encountered in my life. Capital One, this is absolute insanity. I can’t believe you’re paying 15k a month for a coffee shop. It’s not even a bank."

"I was told Friday I’d have full Use of my card on Tuesday to buy these items at Best Buy. It’s Tuesday no use of my card at all and now say it’s not till Saturday now. They put a 9 day hold on my cheque received of $6900 something I’m broke. I used all my money up yesterday cause was told Tuesday and now I’m screwed with no money till Tuesday. I’ll be applying for credit card elsewhere after this bad business. Don’t trust them they straight up lied to me on the hold I have on it. I made a deal at Best Buy for a tv and surround system for today after telling them capital one said I’d have full Use of the card Tuesday. Now I have to phone them tell them they screwed me over on the purchase."

"I would highly recommend no one deal with this company, they stole money from me and wont pay it back. After overpaying my credit card one time, I contacted the company and asked they send me a check as I never go below 1/3 of my credit card limit, the only other way to get the money back is to go to 0$ and they will put the money back in the account after, there are no other ways to get the money besides risking dropping your credit score by going to zero on your card or getting it mailed. They said the check is in the mail and I never recieved the money 4 months later, after calling several times and getting no help at all and them saying I never over paid even though they said a checks in the mail, I am now out money that they stole from me. BE VERY CAUTIOUS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!! I told them to go through the phone records since they record all conversations to which I was told they have no access to them, how convenient for them. Go with any other company besides Capital one, worst company for a credit card."

"They sold me on a 5% CD and then changed it to 4% without telling me. I provided documentation regarding date of linked accounts and they refused to acknowledge documentation in email. I told them to give me my money back and they said they would fine me for early withdrawal in order to get money back. I have been a customer for several years and usually impressed with their customer service. They are no longer the company that I have recommended to many others. After this shady business practice I will not go back to them. Capital one is too greedy for my money."
