"Thank you to Pedro and Olmos Roofing Company for saving the day and helping us facilitate a homeowners nightmare of a roof leak in the middle of a rain storm and winter. Pedro came within two hours on a Sunday to assess the situation. He had his crew install emergency tarps immediately. Pedro and his crew worked with our insurance company to do inspections and remove the tarps. Pedro and crew fixed several problems with our vents on the install and ended up needing to do an entire tear down on the roof because of wet damaged wood and charged us a reasonable price. Pedro's quote was very transparent for any additional "unknown repair costs" on his quote. I also wanted to get a roof extension to protect an area of our house and Pedro gave us a fair deal on this as well. Now we have a beautiful nice roof that is done right. So they came out and gave me what I call a fair estimate roughly $10,000 less than what the other companies were asking, also gave me a guarantee on my roof.
