"Just heads up for anyone who may be uncomfortable around firearms: The staff here open carries. I'm not disputing their right to do it. (I've seen them quoting laws in the review responses.) I'm just giving a warning to anyone reading these reviews as that can be an issue for some. For my part, even though I own guns and am used to being around them, it really changes the vibe of the dispensary experience for me. That and the unhelpful attitude of the staff means that even though this is the closest dispensary to me, my partner and I go to other places in the area that we feel more comfortable in."
"I've been a loyal customer since you've opened. The experience I had the other day has left a bad taste. The employees have always been helpful and so nice until last week when I asked the long hair bushy beard gentleman to get a pipe out of the showcase in front. He made me feel like I was such a bother. Not good customer service! He was just leaving the showcase. I would not have asked anyone waiting on customers to help me. Then the young lady that waited on me was Kitsap Cannabis quality!"
