"This place is a great place to train, to learn how to defend yourself, and just to get into better shape if that's what you're looking for. The teachers are excellent, patient, and knowledgeable. They also have allowed me to have the flexibility to come when I can. (I'm really only able to attend about once a week due to the demands of work and other commitments.) I chose to take private lessons and they are well worth it. I highly recommend this place. "I had a great experience at my orientation. Brandon & Zack were surperb instructors. They broke down the different aspects of boxing in concise and easy to learn methods. I was pretty nervous going in my first time and I quickly overcame my nervousness by how welcoming and encouraging they were. Definitely looking forward to coming in again."
"The gym is amazing, the people are amazing! Man I’ve been here for almost a week and it’s just been an all around great experience/atmosphere. I really like working with Drew and Brandon, they’ve been working w/me and giving me some tips. They’re also kind enough to let me stay back just to watch the more experience guys train and I just try to absorb as much as I can take. Really good stuff. Forgot to mention Trevor, I just met the guy and stayed for one of his lessons… very knowledgeable and cool. Overall I really do recommend coming here if anyone wants to learn MMA!"
