"Very clean but... It is very overprized. Not very convenient. When you go from the pool on the first floor to men locker room, which is on the second floor. It is very cool on the stairs. I made mistake starting with them. Now I want to warn others not to make such mistakes."
"I have stayed at the Best Western for the past 6 years and from my observation I would not take advantage of your offer for hotel clients. There is an attitude of entitlement and arrogance that exudes from most of your clients. I have observed your clients purposely park in hotel parking; drive through the parking lots at unsafe speeds (30-40mph) and make the illegal left turn into the parking lot at the hotel entrance. No thanks!!"
"If you are going to charge your members for towels, at least invest in newer bigger and thicker ones. Charging for and offering thin ragged stained towels is kind of embarrassing"
