"I needed an electrician right away. I was scared my house was going to catch on fire. I called several places and no one could come out right away, but HEI could. The electrician got to my house fast, fixed three major problems, and was beyond professional. He knew exactly what was happening, how to fix it, fixed the problems, and explained everything in detail to me and my husband. I would give HEI 10 stars if I could. Wonderful experience!"

"The electricians were at my home from 7:45 am till after 5:00 pm roaming around the house!!!!! They were supposed to install a heater in the bathroom and update the outlets. I was told the heater in my bathroom worked fine & didn’t need to be replaced! They attempt to walk out the door with the new bathroom heater! Now not only do I have no heat in the bathroom, my bedroom heater doesn’t work and I’m stuck with an almost $700.00 bill!!!"
