"I have been going to Flow Yoga since I moved here full time about 6 years ago. Being in my mid 60’s I started thought I needed to join several places , including having an occasional trainer. But this summer I realized that Flow has it all! Strengthening, stretching, breathing and even Tempo Flow which is repetitive exercises to music a few times a week outside. They also have a spin class, more advanced yoga and poolside yoga that I have barely gone to! I dropped my other work out places and pay one fee for it all. The best part though is the expertise Stephanie and all the instructors have. They share their knowledge throughout their classes and even online. It is not just someone going quickly through each position. They continue to offer most of the classes online for those who want to do it live or save it for a time that works for them. This also works for those of us who winter someplace else."
