"Used Kraft Law for a mortgage loan and got as far as putting down a large amount of earnest money. They then decided to double my down payment due to comps, which is fine. They forced me out of a deal, and although the contingencies of the contract regarding earnest money was clear that I was to receive all of the EM back, they strong armed me into accepting half. They literally stole thousands of dollars from me, and then sent me a thank you e-mail. The thank you e-mail is not a joke, I really got one."

Lack of follow through & failure to find a timely solution & being nice only takes you so far and it is still ongoing, I still have to make calls to find out it is still stalled out and not corrected, they don't even make a call to provide updates.
