"I woul love to leave a "0" score but must choose "1". So I hired Blumh to survey my property due to a neighbor dispute. Blumh surveyed my property but not to the Deed. Their measurements would have shifted every neighbor to the west of me down by 20 ft. So yes, many neighbors were upset because it appears that Blumh is surveying for the neighbor who is in the wrong. Kevin Blumh convinced me they are an ethical company. He lied to me. Blumh came back out and redid the survey to my Deed specs based on a call they got from the county when a neighbor called. Don't use Blumh for your survey if you expect honest results."

"Company surveyed my property about a year ago. I needed them to come back out recently for a quick easement measure and they were able to accommodate my needs. I will continue to use if needed in future. Highly recommend. UPDATE: took some time to decide to revise my review. Conducting this type of business, especially, shouldn't be about who you know, but rather simply the right thing. Upcharging and not returning calls to us to answer questions on our property that neighbors they know, did. Like corners etc....not a good look for a companies ethics."

"I’ve been working with Blume and associates now for about a year on a couple projects for a piece of property. They have done an excellent job and their response time exceeds my expectations. The most impressive part of their company is their office manager Megan who greets you on the phone when you call. It is such a pleasure to call a company and have somebody answer with such proper phone etiquette and a welcoming voice."

"Absolutely HORRIBLE company. They lie. They steal. They're EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. They said they "did extensive research and sent a crew out months ago then I canceled". They never did any of that. I had no contract with them. Now, they won't put me on their schedule for nearly 2 months and 2 days after I paid a 350 deposit I found a company who will do the job for less than half this place. So I went to cancel and they are keeping 210 of my money for their "extensive research", none of which they can provide or tell me anything about. I guarantee they did NOTHING 2 days after I paid a deposit for a job that's not scheduled and wouldn't be for 2 months. Their bookkeeper is a LIAR AND A RUDE "woman". Don't walk, RUN AWAY FROM THIS company. Butler in Winlock is amazing and honest and professional. That is who I will always be using from now on. Even with their "fees", I'm still saving a significant amount of money going with the other company. Honestly though, even if the other company cost me double, I would never use Bluhm for anything, just out of principle."

"I have been dealing with a boundary and easement dispute with my neighbor so I was referred to Bluhm to have a survey done. They were reasonable in cost as compared to 2 other surveyors, one was more and the other was less. The time it took for the survey to be finalized was excessive, was originally quoted 4 weeks from when survey was done and it took 9 weeks. No communication when asked for updates. Gunner was rude & short with both myself and with my title insurance company when asked questions regarding the details of the survey and for follow up work to be done. Would not recommend this company."
