"I've had 4 packages over the last 3 months go through Troutdale. Every single one was delayed and sat for 2 days to a week before being delivered. I'm nit sure if they're backlogged or they just don't care about the urgency of deliveries. I'm sure glad they weren't live animals. Because theybdont really seem to care. My last shipment had a broken UVB bulb & I had to call the supplier to have it re-shipped. I have 2 packages currently sitting at the Troutdale office now."
