"Donette was the absolute sweetest! She welcomed us with a huge smile upon entering. Was super sweet with my daughter and offered her a coloring book for entertainment, while the adults dealt with the passport processing. She was so kind throughout the whole process and answered any questions we had. The absolute best service I have EVER received at a Post Office! We would never receive this level of service in our home towns Post Office. The service in the city is the complete opposite from here. Highly recommend this location and will definitely be coming back!"
"Needed a new passport and found this Post Office offering passport service and was able to get in within a few days verses a few weeks with all the other local post offices. Donette was very knowledgeable and helped correct a few errors and quickly got me through the rest of the process. Nice to know such a small town offers this service! We arrived with pre-printed passport photos, yet were informed about possible issues due to lighting. Deanna and Donette went above and beyond to assist us. Despite managing walk-in traffic, they accommodated our group, even helping us take new photos for our applications. Their exceptional service deserves praise. "We always receive exceptional service at the Yacolt post office. They distribute an insane amount of mail and packages to our rural community with precision, efficiency and speed. Deanna knows all the customers by name and associated PO box numbers (WOW!) and packages are dispensed courteously and proficiently. She is such an asset!! All the ladies here provide exceptional overall customer service. You are appreciated!"
"We just applied for passports and the ENTIRE process was done right here at Yacolt post office!! Including the pictures!! There were 4 of us and it was a SHORT and PAINLESS 30 minute process!! I am SO impressed!! Thank you ladies! So happy we could do this a mile from our house!!"
