She's very rude if she has to come to the front desk from the back when you ring the bell for service. Even when your smiling at her while asking a question she is rolling her eyes, standing with her hand on her hip talking down to you about postal policy, and procedures. I was very upset at how she treated me. It wasn't necessary!"
