"Went to drop off a package. Walked in carrying a large box and the workers never said anything until I got to the counter. Once there, they said rudely, “That’s too big” referring to the box. If you are going to be a drop off location and have restrictions, put that on your website or on the poster hanging at the entrance. Very disappointed with customer service at Michaels."
