"Wanted to give a ‘shout out’ to Austin, Nigel, and Levi from Sound Moving Northwest of Marysville, WA. They showed up for my move with smiles and kept smiling throughout a challenging day for them that included: Nigel getting stuck in my apartment building’s elevator (patiently waiting to be rescued by the local fire department.) And getting to the destination of a storage unit in downtown Tacoma that was unfit to unload at (I had rented it sight unseen off the internet description.) They waited patiently (still smiling) while I was able to get an acceptable and accessible unit approximately 15 miles out of their way. The day was full of challenges as they had to take some of the largest and heaviest items down the stairwell due to the elevator issue. I’ve moved many times over my lifetime, and dealt with many moving companies. These 3 young men were exemplary in efficiency, showed up with positive attitudes, worked well as a team and gave the impression they enjoyed their job and each other’s company. A true rarity in my past experiences with movers. I highly recommend this crew, they made my move much less stressful than it could have been."
