"Very disappointed with our appointment today. We are scheduled for an appointment, waited in the waiting room for 15 minutes so I talked to the receptionist how long do we have to wait before we can be seen. They said they'll check it but 10 minutes after I checked again, but still have no answer. Close to 1 hour, I found out that we are scheduled with someone who is not even in the office. Per staff, we are not even showing up at the schedule even though they called us for our upcoming appointmappointment. Still waiting what we are going to do. We are not happy."
