"Horrible customer service knowledge. we had to tell them how to do it. Then they said you could not have return label to your house but had to come to them. Then 10.00 fee for storage though we picked up 5 minutes after arrived at the so called business. please come back UPS Store"
"I returned a brand new Nespresso machine via FedEx Ground in May and Nespresso kept telling me that they never received it and refused to refund me. All I had was a receipt of the transaction without a tracking number. I called mailboxes too and let them know the situation & they took the time to search through their records and get me proof of delivery. After months of being refused a refund I was finally able to get my money back! Thank you for taking the time to help me out :) great customer service!"
