"As a new parent of the Tacoma Public School District I must say I am extremely disheartened and concerned by the manner in which I was dealt with by district staff and personnel when it came to enrolling my children to this school. I was met and greeted with blaiten prejudice and disrespect from the "acting principal" Don Loyd and the secretarial staff, they were rude, nasty, lacked in knowledge of their duties and completely unprofessional. I was very disappointed by my overall experience with the process and staff that I encountered. As a tax payer and registered voter I'm EXTREMELY concerned about where and how our dollars are being spent and whose being put in charge of OUR CHILDREN'S education and futures! So until my veiw id changed Fern Hill Elementary gets a 0 out of 5 stars."
