"You see the bad reviews, they are there for a reason. Take your business somewhere else. this is the second year in a raw that i service my gear their (correct, i did it twice to learn). First year, when i went diving after servicing my gear, my regulator was leaking air. so had to drive 45 minutes back to them to fix it. Year 2, i asked them 3 different times to please double and triple check their work so the same thing does not happen. and guess what happened, yup, i picked up my gear and when i got home and tested it, yes its leaking. this was after i paid $300 (yes, $300 for basic gear service, you tell me if it was a scam). i took it back, and they like oh, yes that will be another $50. so my total service after basic annual service was ~$350. plus my time, which was 45 minutes each way so do that math. It blows my mind how these places stay in business."

"Recently purchased a brand new Bare D6 pro dry from this shop. A suit I have quite a bit of experience with and have used for years. Before the first dive I noticed what looked to be the start of a tear. almost immediately Upon entering the water I could tell it was leaking. After deciding to take the suit back to the shop the man I dealt with said they would be sending it to Bare for repair under warranty. The next day I get a call from a different Lighthouse employee named Arly telling me that damage was all my fault and they wouldn't send it into bare, as if I didnt know how to put my drysuit on after years of diving in identical suits. When I went to pick up the suit after he said he would repair he continuously tried to tell me it was my fault. Just for clarification, this is a suit I had bought the week before for nearly 2 k. with only two dives on it! Needless to say I will not being going back there."

"I just got a really uncomfortable feeling being around one of the guys there. He made me show my certification card when I had previously been there multiple times. I had to call my original dive shop to have them verify that I was certified. Not only that he wrote down my credit card information. Which is a huge privacy concern. I would not recommend going here."

"I recently purchased equipment from Lighthouse and their service was great. Since you really don’t know how good a business is until you have issues, I will say this. I purchased a used piece of gear that ended up having a failed depth sensor and they refunded me without issue. In fact, they said that there was a 90 day warranty on used gear. Everything about this business is customer focused, I highly recommend!"

"I was admittedly drawn to Lighthouse Diving Center for their name, but I committed to driving a little farther to go there because their website was excellent in telling me they would have the tanks I needed to rent. It ended up being even more reasonable than their advertised prices because I was allowed to keep them an extra day, until Monday since the shop is closed on Sundays. I had a nice time chatting with Matt in the process. Thanks for facilitating my first dive visit to Puget Sound!"
