"Amazing staff, excellent service, seamless sale. I spent a lot of time on the Double J website looking for the right trailer. Once I had 2 models I was interested in I reached out. All my questions were answered in a timely and professional manner. I reached out again to let them know what day I was driving down (I'm 3 hours away). They pulled both trailers out and got them ready, and let me know that 1 of the two needed some warranty work. The trailers were out front waiting for me when I arrived the next day. I was given a complete technical walk through of the trailer I decided to purchase, as my first living quarters trailer I appreciated the thoroughness of the overview.
