Found Todd at Waterfront Wheels extremely competent and fast in all things pertaining to bicycle repairs and tune-up. Even though his knowledge of EBC bikes specifically was minimal at the time of drop off, it was apparent that he was up to the ability of getting us back on the Olympic Discovery Trail.
