"This is NOT a review for Becca Reiss, this is a review concerning the scheduling of my reoccurring appointment that I have had for five years now. LifeStance's portal is inefficient and worthless. I should not have to call into the office to schedule an appointment. I should be able to do this on the LifeStance portal. You know, where I go to pay? Also, LifeStance's portal won't save a debit card, I have to call into the office to do that as well. LifeStance's employees, whom answers the phones and also answers LifeStance's messages via the portal are inept. I shouldn't just get to schedule 4 appointments. I should be able to schedule for the entire year. Lifestance is making LIFE difficult. Becca gets 5 stars though. She's been with me for awhile now and understands who I am and what's really gone on with me. But, Becca isn't LifeStance. Becca is a very good therapist."
