"Literally the worst flights I’ve ever had were on AC. They were to/from PDX & Vancouver BC (YVR). After multiple delays, the plane was 80• and we sat on the tarmac for at least 20 min. Plane was shabby. Plane staff was fine. Will not fly AC ever again."
"Today my flight was cancelled but no one was there to help rebook my ticket, the air Canada personnel were unavailable at all for hours, and their hotline takes 3 hours to get through. The email when they cancelled the flight said they would send more emails and updates, but I received nothing. Shame on you Air Canada for making this already stressful covid travel experience even more stressful."
"My friend’s fright was changed since they missed putting her baggage in where it should have been without any notice. Her arrival was late and she was about to lose her job opportunity. Even though their mistakes, they didn’t try to recover their mistakes at all. I definitely will not use this Airline and hope there will not be any “sacrifice” by this Airline."
"I have never had worse service in my entire life. We are told to be at the airport 3 hours before an international flight, but not one agent was there. A huge line formed, we all sat on the floor waiting to check our bags. Once four people came (an hour before our flight), they didn’t acknowledge any of us, and one of them sent someone back to yet an iPhone charger. Air Canada, you should be ashamed. Your Portland airport crew is an actual disgrace. I was embarrassed to be flying on your airline."
"Air Canada has the worst customer service I have ever dealt with and that is saying something. First they kept changing my flight and layover times. When I called to resolve it I was put on hold for hours then it would drop the call. I called separate times at different hours of the day thinking that call volume was the issue and the same thing happened. I decided to canceled the flight. Then I had to submit for a refund or credit on there website, which I still have not received a response from months later. I don't understand how they get away with treating customers this way. They definitely lost my business."
