He started our honeymoon in the beautiful Chiang Mai, scheduled in the fun-packed city of Bangkok in the middle, and then wrapped up our honeymoon on the island of Phuket. Our trip was everything we could have imagined and so much more! Nathan curated a life changing experience packed with adventures, amazing food, luxury hotel stays, and the most wonderful tour guides in every city. Our experiences alone could take up an entire Google review from playing with the elephants, witnessing breathtaking temples, our Thai cooking class, one-of-a-kind Bangkok markets, the Phuket Island tour, and SO MUCH MORE. He also kept in contact with us throughout our trip providing extra recommendations where Andy and I could experience local fun. Not only did we have the most amazing honeymoon because of him, he expertly and professionally helped us through some unintended mishaps. First, we accidently missed our flights to Thailand and without Nathan's swift action, we may not have made it at all. He worked tirelessly to provide us options to get us through our mistake and got us on a new flight the very next day. He reached out to our tour guides to help coordinate the changes and we ended up not missing out on a single excursion. Bringing our 2 week trip to a close, my husband got sick and we were not able to make it to our flight home. Between Nathan, Jamie Anderson, and our tour guide Mr. Oak working after hours in the middle of the night, they figured out a way to get us to a connecting flight at a different airport to get us home. If there was ever a couple who needed the assistance of a travel agency, it was me and my husband. Even if we could have figured out a way through our flight perils (which was unlikely), it would have cost us thousands of extra dollars without him. Nathan and Team were actual miracle workers and made our trip such a magical experience. If you are considering using Travel & Cruise Desk and specifically, Nathan Parr, this is your sign to do so!
