"Beautiful area. The ferry trip was nice and scenic. However, cost wise, on the ferry, it is not for the Weak of wallet. It is very time consuming. Stops are made at more than one Island at a time. If you don't know about making reservations in advance, one could get delayed for hours or even stranded. Washington State Ferries could do a lot better than coming up with excuses for inefficiency rather than viable solutions."

"Incredibly helpful and friendly. Called them because my friend left his key at a restaurant and didn't realize till we got to the vehicle parked in the terminal in anacortes. She was absolutely amazing and friendly. She picked up the key, put in an envelope and sent it over with a fairly worker. Definitely way more than 5 star people. Cant wait to come back and express how grateful. Supe amazing and friendly."

"The woman working when I stopped in was not at all welcoming, and was completely uninterested in sharing information with visitors."

"Incredibly unhelpful. A condescending woman told us the local trolley stops operation mid September, after I spoke to the Trolley company on the phone moments earlier. She argued with me for several minutes, and when I offered to show her their website, she quickly blamed them for lying to her. She then told us there were no other options, and it was too late in the season for tours. Then 2 tour buses drove by. Her mocking agitated tone wasn't appreciated."
