"I have never had as bad of health insurance as I have with Kaiser. What a joke! Every interaction is a frustrating waste of time. I rely on an ADHD medication to function daily. Due to medication shortages I had to have my Rx transferred from the mail order pharmacy to Northgate because they had stock. Fine. I was supposed to get a text message the same day telling me when it was ready for pickup. Two days later and I've got nothing, including any of my medication left. I call Kaiser and spoke to a very helpful woman. She was the only positive thing about the experience. Long story short, the Northgate pharmacy never filled the Rx, cancelled the order, and put everything back on the shelf. I never got a notification. Apparently, unless you indicate you will be there for same-day pickup the pharmacy has a policy of cancelling the fill request. Why!? There's absolutely no reason. In what universe would this make sense?! I have to spend 20-90 minutes every month dealing with this same issue over and over again. It's been going on for at least 6 months now. I say again, Kaiser is the worst, and the Northgate Pharmacy is included in that now too apparently."

"Fine experience, but Kaiser making it a requirement to get prescriptions here and it being only open 8:30-5:30 on weekdays basically makes it so I can't get my prescriptions."

"The staff here really is wonderful and goes above and beyond to assist their patients. Today, I had an issue where I had to travel to another location to pick up something, and the pharmacy technician called the other location gave them the info and really did everything she could to help me. In what would usually be a very stressful situation, she helped resolve it wonderfully and I really appreciate her and the entire staff here very much!"

"A prescription was marked as "ready for pickup" on Kaiser's app. Upon arrival and waiting 20 minutes, I discovered that the script was NOT filled, and that I would have to wait "a few minutes" for them to fill it. An hour and ten minutes later (90 mins total) there was no communication when or if the script would be filled. This is not acceptable. Either tell patients they will need to wait a long time, or tell them to return another day. I have had experiences with competent people here before, but the most recent time was terrible, especially since the Kaiser app and website are no longer reliable to use for medication or any important medical communication."

"Another Kaiser pharmacy that is short staffed and leading to long wait (30 mins just for pickup). I’d recommend Kaiser to allow others, like Walgreen, to help out if they can’t do it in a timely manner. And this also closes on weekend. Management, please take a look at those reviews rather than asking support folks to apologize. Better yet, try to actually use your service sometimes and you’ll see the problems."
