"It was beautiful"
"Last September my Mother paid in full for hers and my step father's headstone. The slab my brother brought to him and the design sat there until probably March. My brother bought a one of a kind Red Sox emblem that my Mother approved to be placed on the stone and the guy lost it. He couldn't find it and and neither could the place in Montpelier that was doing the engraving on the stone. This was upsetting because my Mother passed in December. He Also said that if the emblem was found we would have to pay to have it placed in the stone! This guy is a rip off!! Her service was in June. The stone wasnt even placed until the day before her service and to this day it still hasn't been placed on the slab! It is so upsetting! He told my brother he would give back $75 for the emblem and have something different engraved for the Red Sox. He never reimbursed anything! He hasn't even returned calls! I think he should reimburse all of it! I highly DO NOT recommend this guy!! 1 star is too much!!"
"For cleaning a stone I'd have to say he did arealky nice job. As for returning calls or getting anything written on a stone once it's in place, don't bother! He will give you every excuse as to why it's not done and he doesn't return calls you leave with his service."
