"I have no skin in this game, I was merely a driver on the road and saw the sign that singled out a high school player. You can have an issue with the coaches or the school as a whole, but to call out a single player, who is a minor, is absolutely tacky and unprofessional. If their professionalism matches their sign work, I would stay away."

"I hire this company to build a custom home on a lot I owned. I was assured from the beginning that the home would fit on the lot and meet HOA requirements. Well it didn't. I was assured it would be no problem to get a variance and home would still be able to be built. It wasn't. This company has kept money that they required we pay for additional upgrades to a house that was never built. Incurred a lot of expenses obtaining a construction loan as well as money given to Epic to design a house that would never have been approved for construction. Would not recommend this company."

"March: Epic Homes is building a house across the street and we have watched it going up for about 4 months now. The first story was framed and sided with no more work for weeks. It snowed and rained on all the wood. Then, the second story went on and roof with no shingles and sat again for weeks and got rained on. Now, the house sits half finished still no shingles in parts and a few windows open with more rainy days (see pic). On average, I have seen 2-4 guys working on this large house at any time. The most I saw was 6 guys roofing. June Update: The exterior of the house is almost finished. The doors and windows are mostly closed now."

"If I could give them 10 stars I would! We couldn’t be happier with our new custom home! Epic did a fantastic job making our dreams come true. Jenny and JJ are so polite and work so hard to get exactly what you’re looking for! And the rest of the staff is just as great! They have a ton of options to choose from right there in the office so you don’t have to go looking around to find what you want. Jenny always told us that the best way to avoid being unhappy with your build is communicating and that’s exactly what they did during the whole process. Thank you for our “Epic home”!!!"

"Hello google world. I am a proud customer of Epic Homes SC. I read all of the reviews here and couldn't disagree more on the "ONE" negative comment. Although, I am not sure how much I would bank an opinion on from a used car salesman in New York. Our experience has been much like a "coming home". Jenny & JJ always greet us with a good ole southern bear hug and always leave us with one too. They have been very open & honest throughout the entire process. So much so that they provide us documentation of everything our money goes toward so you get 100% security in all that building involves. That is honest business that I will always choose over any other builder or business out there. I have provided some photos of the framing so you can see personally the high performance & professionalism that is used in their process. They are family owned with a female builder that never has a question she cant answer. They are kind, loving, generous, and honest people. Kudos to Epic & their local business, you will always have our vote."
