"Dr gave me a medicine but don’t have the medicine in Kaiser pharmacy. They said you can take the medicine other pharmacies. I went rite aid. The staff of the rite aid said need to call Kaiser to us. I called the Kaiser pharmacy for transfer to rite aid. Kaiser pharmacy said need to call rite aid to us. I couldn’t take the medicine that I need to get. I don’t understand this issue. Finally I need to the medicine but I couldn’t get it."
